Studies have found that websites that skimp on information and include underwhelming images create an unprofessional impression. Also, by including a clear navigation system, you won’t have to worry about the 40% of readers who will not return to a complex-feeling website. And remember, that navigation system should lead to a simple, accessible contact page that includes clear public contact information and an informational ‘about us’ page to provide background info on you and your company.
