BackTo achieve your social media dominance you need to understand that visuals are one of the most important factors.
Our brains are like supercomputers, churning through information at lightning speed. However, we need to make sure our social media posts speak to our target audience. People on social media are swarmed with content and it should be your goal to stand out and be seen.
Content does not have to be a photo, it can be a video as well. Visual content gets more shares and likes than other text-based content.
For analytical information, you can use charts or infographics. For animation, you can use videos or gif animations.
The correct use of fonts and colours can also improve your social media engagement.
Tip: go check out your top five biggest competitors on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter. Learn from their experience and make your own original posts with this knowledge.
Don't be afraid to A/B test posts. Make a visual post and record this time and date posted. Now make another most which have the same content but different design and post on the same day/time the following week. You can now simply check the engagement level and see what is working better.
Next, repeat the process but on a daily schedule to build up your social media content and understand what is the high performing visual which are working best for your business.
OK so you're probably saying that is all great, but I am not a graphic designer!
