Gamers4UK contact DCP to build a new online store for their latest business venture.

The eCommerce Shop was custom designed using Adobe Photoshop. The shopping system was built using our own internal customisation eCommerce platform.

Gamers4UK have full control over the website and customer orders. Gamers4UK also requested the ability to sell both new and pre-owned games. DCP custom-coded functionality so both types of products can be easily listed on the same website.

Gamers4UK has a vast amount of stock so DCP also created an easy to use product importing system. This was created using an excel spreadsheet for data entry and images pathed inside the document for a fast product listing system.

Stock levels are automatically controlled when orders are placed on the website. Automated order email confirmations are sent to both the customer and website admin once a customer has completed the checkout process.

Customer can pay using both PayPal and SagePay credit card processing.

DCP implemented a video section on the website so Gamers4UK can embed related video game content directly onto their website. DCP also created a news management system allowing Gamers4UK to keep customers up to date with the latest gaming news.

Gamers4UK also requested for DCP to integrate a newsletter management system into their eCommerce business website. Visitors can unsubscribe to the newsletter directly from the home page or during the customer sign up process.

DCP also created multiple custom-designed newsletters which seamlessly integrate into the newsletter management system.

Gamers4UK website also uses an SSL certificate across the whole website to ensure data is transferred securely between a user’s device and webserver.

DCP also set up a data back plan to ensure the Gamers4UK website is fully backed up on a monthly basis.
