Fitness trainer Sarah Williams has a BSc in Sports Science and holds diplomas in both Sports Psychology(qualified in june 2006) and Nutrition. She is also a British Coaching Foundation qualified instructor in several sports including swimming, netball, table-tennis, hockey, indoor games and lacrosse. Sarah has regular features in Closer Magazine and is currently their health and fitness advisor. Sarah has also featured in Look magazine, Revel magazine, First magazine, OK magazine, The Daily Mail and The express. Sarah also wrote the health and fitness section of Carol Vordermans Detox Book. She also appears on Carol Vordermans Kick Start DVD. She remains one of the leading celebrity trainers and regularly puts them through their paces!
